9. Portals

- Portals created for an event or inside of a clan's territory cannot be attacked unless they are the source of an attack on another player
- Event portals must be closed within 1 hour of the event ending (this does not mean when the Epic is defeated, but when the game event is entirely over)
- Memorial portals may be placed at the request of a clan leader around a clan's territory in remembrance of someone lost. The request may be made in the "K275 Diplomats" chat and approved by any member of the Palace
