12. Documentation

12.1 Responsibilities
 - The Royal Guard will keep documentation of all attacks made and the reasons why the attacks were made
 - The Royal Court will keep documentation of all cases adjudicated, including reports and verdicts
 - The Quaestor will keep documentation of all DM and WS registration and occupation

12.2 Reports
 - There will be a weekly report of all documentation provided in the “K275 REPORTS” summarizing the actions of the kingdom from each group
