11. Outlaws

- Outlaws can only be decreed by the King, the Hand of the King, or the Queen
- Outlaws will be posted in the "K275 OUTLAWS" chat
- Outlaws are NOT protected by the ROE
- Any clan harbouring an outlaw as a member will be declared an outlaw clan if not removed within 24 hours from their status being decreed
- Any clan accepting an outlaw member into their clan will be immediately declared an outlaw clan
- Outlaw status can be redacted when restitutions are paid
- Outlaws have the right to appeal their status individually to the court one time
