9.4 Rare crypts are owned by the player that opens them: however, violations of section 9.4 will not be considered by judges as they are not provable by game mechanics.

9.5 Access to all other crypts, monsters, and arenas are unrestricted (first come, first serve).

10.0 Don’t be a D

Behave in word and action

11.0 You Broke a Rule Now What

11.1 You pay compensation after agreement about time and place – if you refuse you will be outlawed by the judges

11.2 The King has the right to outlaw by Royal Decree which must state clearly which rules are broken.

11.3 Words and threats won’t necessarily lead to outlaw status but can be rewarded with a negative title.

11.4 The clan in which the outlaw was will not be responsible for paying compensation in case the outlaw refused to do so. Out of respect for the victim it is appreciated if the clan makes a gesture. If this is not an option, the victim can ask the Palace for help.

12.0 Responsibilities

12.1 A clan leader is responsible for their clan. They must make sure that everyone knows the RoE and acts accordingly. The clan leader has the duty to participate in Clan Leader Chat and share information that is valuable for the kingdom.

12.2 The clan representative has the right to discuss kingdom matters with the King.

12.3 Royal Guards take care of the kingdom safety. They help in case of off kingdom attacks, clearing mines on request and collecting taxes. Unbubbled cities with ingot excess can expect a visit from them.

13.0 Memorial Portals

13.1 All memorial portals must be posted in Memorial Portals to receive official status.

13.2 Because of the vulnerability of portals (becoming hostile) it is advised to use farms instead.
